Return & Refund Policy

At Pallet Liquidation Mart, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

🔹 All Sales Are Final

All pallet sales are considered final and non-returnable.

This is because:
• Items are sourced from liquidation, returns, and overstock inventory
• Products may vary in condition (new, open-box, customer returns, etc.)
• Pallets are sold “as-is” and may not include a full manifest

🔹 No Refunds or Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

🔹 Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Orders)

We only accept claims under the following conditions:
• You received the wrong pallet
• Your order was severely damaged during shipping

To qualify:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photo and video evidence

🔹 Claim Review Process

Once your claim is submitted:
• Our team will review within 2–5 business days
• If approved, we may offer:
• Partial refund, or
• Replacement (if available)

🔹 Non-Eligible Cases

We do NOT accept claims for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor damages or missing items
• Differences in expected resale value
• Items not meeting personal expectations

🔹 Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.
